Here’s a calming, gentle class of Shakti Flow for you!

Shakti Flow consists of the Flowing Asana phase of Shakti Dance®, relaxation and meditation. Each Shakti Flow class is different, but the focus is pretty much always on relaxing and opening up the energy flows in the body.

In this class the emphasis is on feeling and tuning into the inner essence and coming into conscious presence. Slow, soft, wave-like movement done in the rhythm of the breath gently melt any tension and bring consciousness into the body and into the present moment.

The Teacher,

Sat Darshan, attended her first dance class in 1988 and her first yoga class in 1999. She started practicing Shakti Dance® in 2007 and became a teacher the following year. She has taught Shakti Dance® classes, workshops and teacher trainings in 14 countries in Europe and in the Americas, and now shares her knowledge and experience online.

Sat Darshan is passionate about the softer, more feminine and subtle approach to spirituality, that allows a deep healing of subconscious tendencies and cellular memory. She also coaches women on self-acceptance and relationships, supporting them to heal, be authentic and sensitively empowered.
