This workshop brings together conscious movement, emotional presence, and therapeutic Parts Work in a grounded and accessible way. Through Shakti Dance, we’ll explore how the body holds the stories of our inner world — and how movement with breath and focused inner work can become a powerful tool for self-awareness and integration.
The 3-hour Shakti Dance workshop guides you into your body with simple, flowing movement sequences, breath, inner focus and dance. You’ll be gently invited to meet different emotional states and inner parts — with curiosity, compassion, and embodiment.
