A Warm Welcome to the Winter Holiday Energy Reboot!

There are several pre-recorded classes of Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Flow, including lectures on yogic philosophy.

Where to Start?
If you are new to Kundalini Yoga, we recommend that you start with “Courage Kundalini Yoga”. And if you are new to Shakti Flow, the best is to start with the “Shakti Flow: Winter Series”. Other than that, be free to choose your practice however you like.

How to Go about the Program?
You can choose to try different classes each day you practice, or if you like, you can commit to one class and practice it every day for a week or as long as you want to. It’s totally up to you. If you commit to one practice that you do daily, you are helping your nervous system to rewire, giving the same message to it over and over again, thus creating a deeper healing experience regarding that one aspect that the class works on. Sometimes it’s good to commit to one thing and other times it’s good to keep changing. So please feel free to listen to what you need right now.
