This course is about bring into awareness some of the most relevant the unconscious and subconscious side of the human psyche. In this theoretical-practical course you will dive into 5 aspects of the shadow based on the insights of Sikh Guru. This is a dynamic and unique course to for reconsider the inclinations and impacts of the shadow selves:

• Lust

• Greed

• Anger

• Attachment

• Pride

5 Classes with 20-30 minutes of Lecture plus 45 to 55 minutes of practices (Kriyas of Kundalini Yoga and meditations) to experience and process and safely elevate the experiences of one’s buried shadows.
