Sat Darshan, born with a great sensitvity to music into a musical family, immersed herself in music and dance from a young age. Her spiritual longing began in the early teens and led her to Yoga in 1999. While living in London in the early 2000s, Kundalini Yoga became a transformative tool that helped her to establish a solid spiritual practice and walk the path with clarity. In 2007 she found Shakti Dance® and was pioneering in Finland with that and Kundalini Yoga before relocating to Gran Canaria in 2019.

In 2016, a powerful awakening of Feminine Consciousness led Sat Darshan on a path of profound transformation and healing, and it inspired her to create the Awakened Woman Program™—a gentle, feminine approach to spirituality fostering deep healing of subconscious tendencies. This period of intense purification and trauma work birthed a gift in creating safe space, marked by compassion and deep acceptance, that she uses both in her work with groups and individuals.
Later, this process led her to train as a trauma therapist in IFS and Somatic Trauma Therapy and dedicate her life to helping others face their wounds in a safe way and heal from childhood traumas, in order to live a fulfilled life and relationships.

Currently learning the guitar and studying music production, she continues to compose mantra songs and is completing her first mantra album.

Sat Darshan welcomes individuals to join her offline and online courses, trainings & mantra events, and offers weekly online trauma therapy sessions.

“Truth is that which exists, what IS. When we are able to just be with WHAT IS and allow it, we activate our compassionate nature. That is healing in itself.”
