The journey begins with Kundalini Activation, gently awakening your the life force consciousness and stirring what’s ready to shift. From there, Integral Trauma Therapy helps you safely integrate what arises—emotionally, somatically, and energetically.
This is a space for deep release, nervous system support, and grounded transformation.

Who’s It for?
This journey is for you if you're feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating a life transition, or sensing that you want to go deeper in your process. Whether you're new to healing work or have been on the path for years, this container meets you where you are.
The Structure
We begin with a 105-minute Kundalini Activation session, either online or in-person. Over the following three weeks, you’ll receive three 60-minute Integral Therapy sessions to support emotional integration and somatic processing. The pace is gentle but deep—designed to allow time for your system to absorb, shift, and settle.
NB! Kundalini Activation is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, under 18, currently undergoing major medical treatment, or with a history of mania, seizures, psychosis, or certain psychiatric conditions. Kundalini Activation is a deep, transformative process that supports your natural healing and inner awakening—physically, emotionally, and energetically. These sessions are for individuals who are ready to meet themselves with honesty, courage and openness. Whether you're at the beginning of your healing journey or looking to deepen an existing path, this work offers a powerful opportunity for meaningful change.
In the sessions, the body and energy field are invited into a natural unwinding process that may include:
Somatic release of physical and emotional blocks
Energetic recalibration to restore balance
Nervous system regulation for safety and groundedness
Deepened self-awareness and integration
The process is trauma-informed and it naturally meets you where you are. The safe space supports the release of stored stress patterns and a return to wholeness.
The first sessions is 105 minutes, all consequtive sessions 90 minutes each.
