These weekly Kundalini Yoga classes offer an inspiring space to reset, stabilise, and recharge. Each live session combines kriyas, breathwork, meditation, and thematic focus to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. Each class provides an opportunity to:

  • Reduce the stress of life

  • Achieve mental clarity and emotional stability

  • Increase energy and vitality

  • Gain a sense of inner direction

    €130 for 10 classes
