These weekly Kundalini Yoga classes offer a grounded and supportive space to recharge, realign, and uplift your energy. Guided live by Jivan Mukta, the sessions combine powerful kriyas, meditation, and inspiring themes to help you clear your mind, open your heart, and stay balanced amidst life’s demands.
